Each adult will need to sign lease and undergo individual application checks for background criminal, eviction, credit, landlord and income verification. No Co-signers. Application fee $85 per adult. Subject to separate approval and $125.00 non-refundable application fee PER Adult by the Oxford Place Home Owner’s Association to live in this gated community. They also require a $250 refundable common area damage deposit per household. HOA limits move in/move out only allowed Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
